High heat, low fan - close to the print (a few cm away). Put your other 
hand behind the print. You'll feel it heat up, it'll get damp (fiber - 
not RC), it'll dry out. All very quickly. Keep the hair dryer moving, 
back and forth, back and forth, overlapping each stroke as you make your 
way across the print. Takes a minute or so to dry a 30 x 24 cm print. 
For a print that size I usually make two passes (top and bottom). But 
whatever works for you.
