You're right about that. I'm alive and well, but I haven't had the energy
for another exchange since that experience.

I think this is an idea whose time has come. One of the cool things about
the exchanges has been the variety of the participants' work, but I think it
would be really nice to see an exchange that was more focused. I think a
self-portrait exchange would be REALLY interesting for example. And, of
course, I'd like to see an exchange for people who are using quads, etc. for
non-photographic work. But I think any kind of theme or genre that the
organizer wanted to do would be an interesting new twist. I think, like you
said, it might help to bring out some people who haven't participated yet.
And I'm sure that we'd all be surprised by the variety even within such a
limited exchange.

Best of luck to anyone who decides to organizer another one. I may even have
recovered enough to particpate again (although it will be a while before I
volunteer to organize one ;-).
