Unless you just like malls and stores or are in a hurry for a R220, 
that doesn't seem like much of a deal to me given that the Epson 
Store only charges $100 for a new R220.

I think the Epson Store shipped my R200 re-furb ($59) from 
Indianapolis and charged me for California sales tax too.

A set of carts for the 200, even from Atlex.com, is about $63 plus 
shipping (only, outside Florida). Judging from the Epson packaging my 
carts came in from Atlex, the 220 and six other Epson printers use 
the same carts. If BestBuy has these carts for appreciably less, I'd 
be tempted to stop for carts when I was nearby, especially if they 
also have Epson's R2400 carts at relatively low prices.
