I probably won't be using it to cover paper white. I bought it to dilute photo black into lighter shades. Sounds like they are about the same color in the full liquid form, and the only reason to check was that soem people reported the MIS GLOP to be completely clear. I guess clear to some people must be different from our opinions. Also a note, the GLOP is used only with the Image Specialists UltraPro photo black and the colors, not for use with the older inks. It might also be used for the newer K3 replacement inks too, but I haven't checked on that yet. For the older inks, and the matte black, you need their WJ820 which they sell as cleaning fluid.
