Suze, The "color" of Selenium is easier to manage with matte inkjet than the deep black. As of now, much to my chagrin, there is no way to deepen the black on matte papers using pigment (type) inks. There are some minor increases to be had in density by playing with different papers, inks, RIPs. The new Crane Museo Silver Rag, which is not released yet has some potential, but only with the new Epson K3 inks that I have seen. I hope we find a solution soon, else I am going to join the RC paper croud - horror, horror ;-) Shilesh --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "suzesart" <suze@m...> wrote: > > I have been trying hard to duplicate the selenium richness I get in > the darkroom with FB w/ epson velvet and matte, yet even w/ all the > curve adjustments it still doesn't have it.
