Well I don't know, I've been using the exposure and contrast sliders 
ever since I started using the thing and I think I get pretty good 
results.  Converting to B&W is just about the last thing I do in my 
workflow before saving the file for printing.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
