I haven't tried this on yet, but it's one I'm considering for case 
bound books:

Premier Premium Matte
European elegance in this 110 or 210 gram, premium matte paper. The 
base and coating are acid free with a smooth finish. Perfect for 
bright white proofing with dye or pigment inks. Coated both sides.
