Yes, but the acceleration of the head may actually be lower with the printer
and stand moving. Hmmmm
.
Having the printer on a flat stable base would seem to be good advice;
besides, its just plain annoying to see it moving like that. It probably
does not matter that the stand has some rocking, but I tied mine to a heavy
desk to stop if from swaying.
