Sorry to hear of your bad experience. My profiles were made in about a 
week. I sent the charts via FedEx and paid via PayPal. I called Ethan 
with questions about the profile gamut chart he sent, left a message, 
and he returned my call next day and I had an extensive conversation 
with him. He was quite generous with his time. This was about six weeks 
ago. I have used his service three times in the past two years with 
similar results. I've made profiles with my Eye-One but his always seem 
to perform better in print and look smoother in ColorThink. I hope you 
can get things straightened out with him.
