Thanks. In view of your message and one from someone else who had no problems with this outfit I've sent yet another email to them this morning after having given up quite a while ago. We'll see if it generates a response. In going on the web site I saw the same old statement I used to see back in July and August to the effect that they're on summer hours. Since summer ended seven months ago it does make one wonder just how active the company is but we'll see what happens. ----- Original Message ----- From: "lou4photo" <lmeluso@...> To: <DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Sunday, March 05, 2006 9:46 PM Subject: Re: [Digital BW]Dry Creek Photo (was: what type of calibration system) "I sent Dry Creek money to pay for a profile seven or eight months ago and after they cashed my check I heard nothing more from them." Brian: Sorry to hear of your bad experience. My profiles were made in about a week. I sent the charts via FedEx and paid via PayPal. I called Ethan with questions about the profile gamut chart he sent, left a message, and he returned my call next day and I had an extensive conversation with him. He was quite generous with his time. This was about six weeks ago. I have used his service three times in the past two years with similar results. I've made profiles with my Eye-One but his always seem to perform better in print and look smoother in ColorThink. I hope you can get things straightened out with him.
