Hello Ginny, >I just tried Museo II, 250 gsm. for the first time in my relatively >new 2400. For the most part, the paper will not feed from the rear >feeder. I've been able to put any thick papers through the top feeder, even as thick as 315 gsm. The trick is to put a slight bend in the paper so it's pointing into the grabber a bit. Then keep a finger on top and give it a firm but very slight nudge when it starts, just enough to get it into the jaws of the grabber. Press too hard or push it too far in and it will be rejected. It also helps to not have the paper fence up against the paper, but allow about 1/16" of space. The grabber tends to twist the paper slightly and then straighten it out again. If the fence is up against the paper it doesn't allow the twist and increases the failure rate a lot. Regards, Clayton Info on black and white digital printing at http://www.cjcom.net/digiprnarts.htm
