Thanks Lou.
 I don't believe there is a setting in the 2400 driver for a custom
paper width.
 Anyone?
 The only choice I'm aware for width is to choose the 'thick paper'
setting. Hehe...then one get's a warning with every print that one has
chosen 'thick psper', do you want to continue?
