I took the course with Jon Cone about 16 months ago. It is a great start; similar to the analogy of getting your degree - now the real learning starts. May I also recomment a equally qualified source of wisdom. George DeWolfe has an excellent "digital Fine Art print Making" workshop. In addition a book by George based on his workshop is due out any day!. Either is a must before you spend any money on a digital darkroom. Your learning curve will be steeper (i.e. shorter duration) however much experimentation needed. Other sources of highly valuable wisdom are the URLs of Paul Roark and Clayton Jones.
