Digital BW, The Print

This might be caused by having PK ink (for glossy papers) installed. 
The above papers are matte surface and require the MK ink cart.

Choose "User Defined" in the paper size pick list.  This will open a
window to define a custom size.  This is explained in detail in the
article in item #3 under "Driver Settings".

"Color Toning" should be ignored, as explained in item #6.  Just after
item #7 it says "ABW Settings - Click the Settings button"

The "Settings" button goes to the ABW settings page.  Then follow the
directions in items # 8 and 9.

That should do it.  I think the main thing is to make sure the MK ink
is installed.  The printer knows which one is there and allows only
appropriate papers to be selected.  Sometimes I think they are too
smart, but that's another story <g>.
