Yes.  I guess they figured it didn't need updating or had nothing to offer.
Glossy/semi-gloss printing has been the problem child and was their focus of
attention this time around.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
