I've been using K3 inks in one of my 2200s for B&W printing for a few months now. I'm very pleased with the results. Now that I have a PrintFix Pro for making profiles I'm trying my other 2200 with K3 inks without the LLK for colour printing. If you only want to do B&W printing then I believe that it is well worth considering the use of K3 inks in a 2200. I use MK, PK, LK, LLK, LC, Krystal Topkote and (recent change) diluted blue from the R800.
