I've used both...the Micro Ceramic Luster and Epson's Luster 250. They have the same
surface texture but the Micro is considerably brighter.

ILford Smooth Pearl has a slightly finer pebbly surface than Epson's Luster. Pearl is also
stiffer and thicker but has a blue/cyan surface bias.

Lab readings:

LAB for Luster L=95.93 a=0.69 b=-1.10
LAB for Ilford L=95.39 a=0.66 b= -2.33

I seem to always go back Epson's Luster...with InkjetArt's Micro Ceramic Luster close
behind.

Semi-Matte appears less "glossy" than Luster...has less of a sheen. Not a bad paper in my
book.

Wish all could be as thick as ILford's paper...
