Qimage does offer a softproof for your respected image to be printed. I open this image in Qimage directly from Photoshop Elements after I am done editing. The tagged profile(sRGB or AdobeRGB) remains with the image in Qimage. Before softproofing and printing I would open whichever .icc profile that I want to use. Will let you know how it goes.
