The release made it clear that Apple has no plans to load Windows software on a Mac. They have released software that will allow you to install your copy of Windows XP on a Mac running on an Intel chip. Furthermore, the two operating systems can only be run sequentially: you have to choose one or the other at startup and then reboot to switch. Still, a major step.
