Steve,

I use Cmd-Opt-~ to load the luminosity. I did lose this shortcut after one
of the OS X's update. The reason is that Cmd-Opt-~ is used by OS X, and
overrides PS.

I solved this problem by going to System Prefs>Keyboard and Mouse, and
finding and turning off Cmd-Opt-~.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
