Depends on the applicable state rule, which in this case would be the provision in the 
California Rules of Civil Procedure governing class actions.  Also, while I haven't read the 
actual settlement notice in any detail, those notices usually provide specific instructions on 
how to opt out.  

(Again, I'm assuming that this is the type of class action in which opt-out is allowed, and 
that the time for opting out hasn't passed.  And also, again, please consult an attorney and 
don't take anything I've said as legal advice).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
