I know of two options; 1) Image Print and let it print your color & B&W portions, or two- your regular color driver. I opt for making those type image with my Epson driver on the 4800. Why! Well, I made some attempts with IP, and either due to bad profiles or my own workflow, IP was moving my feathered edges to far. With PS and the Epson driver, I "handcolor" prints all the time and never see the feathered edges. The advantage to IP would be possibly in changing the "color" of your B&W portion; warm to cool.
