Remember to keep your raw file if its a keeper image. Without it, you will not be able to re-process with different de-mosaicing, color balance, gamma, noise reduction, or sharpening settings. This should convert you Nikon NEF files. (It does with my D200). When you click on the file in the Adobe browser, it'll pull up the Camera Raw screen. Do your RAW adjustments, and then save as a 16 bit TIFF.
