The latest development is that David S. Spivak no longer has an email
address at either FOCUS  or INKED. (david@... or david
@...)  My emails to both address were returned today as
Mailer Daemons - unable to deliver.   Now it's fraud and theft. I
wonder how many other photographers were seduced and screwed  (or
should I say raped)  by this *****. Beside my 60 bucks, he has a lot of
my prints which represent my very identity,  hundreds of $$$, plus
