Best printer ink paper combo?

Hi, I am new to the group and I would like some advice to the best 
printer, ink and paper combo. I looking for a 1160, so if anybody 
has one for sale, can you let me know? 
I see that there is many ink/wrkflow combos, so which one should I 
go for?
