Tom, sorry to hear about your similar problems. Have you spoken with
MIS tech support about your experience? I talked with Marc last week
and he's the one who suggested that I try to push the poppet valves up
into the cart.

When that worked (for 2½ prints), I quickly emailed him to let him
know. Friday evening I emailed him again to let him know that the
success was short-lived. This morning he responded by asking what inks
I'm using in the carts. I replied mid-day to remind him that they're
UT2 inks, but haven't heard any more from him. If I don't get a reply,
I'll call again.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
