Digital BW, The Print

I already took several deep breaths..... Still, Piezography's support 
is just as poor as it was 4 years ago. I used to make beautiful bw 
prints back than but when my 1280 died. I did not have the nerves to 
start the struggle with a new printer again. Now, many years ago I 
bought the N7 in bottles + the Niagara system for an Epson R1800.

Guess what? I received 7 ink bottles for an 8 channnel printer with no 
hint (and no information ANYWHERE!!!!) as to what goes into the "gloss 
optimizer" channel. 

Could you help me?
