HVLP sprayer help

Anybody out there using an HVLP sprayer?

I'm using a SATA MiniJet hooked up to nitrogen with ClearShield.  Problem is, I'm getting 
these little "globs" that dont seem to level out upon drydown.  Any one know if this is caused 
from overspraying, or too high of pressure, or too high volume of Clearshield, or something 
else I'm overlooking?
