You should be able to get strainers at a local auto parts store that sells paint supplies. Straining is generally a mandatory process step with any spraygun; exceptions are pre-strained products used without cutting. Also, call up clearstar and find out the product shelf life, and how to check it. While you are at it, ask them about the globs and what mesh size they recommend for a strainer. Best luck to you.
