I agree, start simple. With the 220 and R2 you'll be able to get down the learning curve and not waste much at all. Learn the sliders, the ICCs, etc. Then if you later want more control, the printer and even some of the R2 inks are not wasted. The R2 warm inks as well as the Eboni are used in the 3D inkset. Also, this gives us some time to get down the 3D learning curve, get more ICCs done, and try to get the QC up to where I want it -- which is higher than the ink industry is accustomed to, including the suppliers to MIS.
