Digital BW, The Print

So I've done a couple more prints using QTR and the same thing is
happening. The prints look much better than the PS prints but the ink
is not adhering to the paper. I'm using an 1800 with standard inkset
and doing test prints on the Kirkland Premium Semigloss. The ink just
rubs off to the touch..almost like dust.

Whether it's a couple of minutes or a couple of days later the QTR
prints rub off the paper with the touch of a hand.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The curve is the default UC EEnhMATTEBLACK/blend 50/none

Printer model is QUAD R1800

And the paper setting is for Premium Semigloss paper.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Does anyone have any curves
they have created that you might be willing to share that render a
nice BW print?
