Take a look at:
1. "Black and White Magazine for Collectors of fine art photography." -  
www.bandwmag.com -USA- They show a lot of really inspireing work. Now 8  
issues/year.

2. "Black&White Photography - Dedicated to the monochrome photographer" -  
www.gmcpubs.com. -UK- Really nice magazine covering both analog (darkroom  
too) and digital technique. 12 issues/year

3. "Silvershotz - The International Journal of Fine Art Photography -  
Where art embracesphtography" -UK/Australia- www.silvershotz.com. It's a  
sort of mix of the above two. 6 issues/year, I believe.

4. LensWork - www.lenswork.com -  I just stumbled into this website/mag.  
today - looks interesting.

Is there more - anybody?
