Digital BW, The Print

You might try Black & White Photography magazine.  It's published in
the UK, but they'll send it anywhere.  It has a mix of art (not as
glossy as LensWork, though) and technique.  I've been a subscriber for
a couple of years and enjoy it very much.  Here's a link:
