Digital BW, The Print

I created a grayscale profile using the QTR Create ICC program and put
it in the spool\drivers\color folder but CS2 will not recognize it
when I try to convert an image.  When I right click on the .icc file
Windows says it's null and not a recognized profile.  Any suggestions?
