Digital BW, The Print

I created a grayscale profile using the QTR Create ICC program and put
it in the spool\drivers\color folder but CS2 will not recognize it
when I try to convert an image.  When I right click on the .icc file
Windows says it's null and not a recognized profile.  Any suggestions?

I get the same thing. Don't know what to tell you. My OS is win2000
sp4 with all the updates in case it helps.
