I just checked with MISPRO PK on da vinci on a 4000. The ink limit for dmax was about the same point as you find, but density was over 2.1. I would not like to give a reading as I use an old, slightly flaky, lab densitometer that is really only any good for relative measurements - but the patch is also visually darker than the 2.07 patch on a recent calibrated step wedge. The ink is a mixture of the last of a pint bottle about 6 months old and a bottle 1 month old. The paper was purchased about 3 weeks ago - it is a 17" roll. I'm still getting to know it (but am generally happy with it for some subjects). Ken
