I have a Bronica GS-1 6x7 cm camera and scan using a Minolta MF scanner. With recent advances in digital cameras I have been wondering if I would make my life easier with a digital SLR. One potential issue I have thought about is noise during long exposures. Since many of my pictures are landscapes which needs to be sharp from near to infinity I usually have to stop down quite much, which results in long exposure times from 8 s to 1/4 s. Have you, or other users on the list, experienced problems with excess noise during such long exposure times? Regards, Anders Blomqvist, Finland
