Digital BW, The Print

I use a 2200 with quadtone rip and UC inks
with favorable results.
However, I like toning my images in Photoshop to get
them 'exactly' how I like them. This means leaving
them in RGB.  
What's the best way to print this RGB file for the 2200?
Beyond that, what's the best printer/ink/paper combination to print a 
toned B&W image in RGB?
I realize this is subjective, but I'd like to hear others' opinions 
and why they like a particular combination.
