Hi Johnny,

I was recently in the same boat.  In my case all of the inks except the 
c, m, y ran out at the same time, and so I  replaced all except those.  
Recently, I replaced the last three.  There didn't seem to be any 
problems, but I'm mainly running tests at the moment building up my 
portfolio of "finished" files.  I did find that I needed to re-profile.
