Thanks for responding Clayton.

I'm not sure what you mean about going back to the picklist?

Here is as far as I get (notice it shows Manual - Roll):

With Manual Roll selected I can now choose Velvet. However, I can not go back to Page 
Setup to choose Standard (the only other choice). If I do so it resets all the print settings.

If I try to print just as my sample above w/ Manual Roll selected and through the 
traditional top feeder I get an error and the print job is supended.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
