I think I'm the Steve you refer to ... !
None that I can see.  Once you're above about 300ppi (I now use 360ppi) 
you're beyond what I believe the eye can discern as pixels.  So - no 
advantage to be gained at higher ppi.
Any dissenters or alternative views?
