Digital BW, The Print

I have a Dell 17 inch flat panal analog monitor. That is what Dell 
calls it in my paperwork. Am I correct that this is not LCD? Do I 
calibrate this with Huey or Express 2? I want to get the right thing 
and get a good calibration. Thanks.
