Many of our images are of the 10 to 12 inch by 25 to 40 inch. I presume I could cut these 
sheets as needed, perhaps a couple of days ahead. 
Do they really flatten out after a couple of days? 
I've found the Epson Lustre in rolls is very difficult to flatten.
