Jerry, I am using the 87. I find that the darker filters (87B, C, I think) tend to filter too much of the IR spectrum for the Nikon. With the opaque 87 I get very vivid IR effects. Grass is virtually white and foliage varies to almost white. Skies get almost jet black.
