One of the things that I've been most enthused about with PrintFIX PRO 2.0 isn't just that it makes more neutral and more linear prints than I can get out of the same printers without it; its that it has all these controls that allow me to adjust how the grays ramp to paper white, how cross tints blend, how much shadow detail I want to see, stuff like that. These are the areas where personal style occurs. I will be interested to see our European manager tweak a profile or two at Photokina; he's an incredible B&W photographer, but hasn't had the time or patience to work much with previous B&W print systems. I'm sure with his eye he'll come up with some great results, in ways that I wouldn't have thought of. C. David Tobie Product Technology Manager ColorVision Business Division DataColor Inc.
