Digital BW, The Print

I have acquired an Epson 3000 that I want to dedicate to BW work. I will use QTR on OSX, 
and, given any choice of paper, wonder what inksets work best with that combination? I can 
hear the sticks being sharpened already over the idea of best, but there it is - what do you 
think?
