Hello,

There is more than a handful to be had by seaching paper size on B&H.
I don't use premium, but I use the inkpress heavy matte( I wouldn't know a
good paper).

  PS-My suspicion is that profit has something to do with the
  manufacturers choice of paper sizes---'profit' meaning, not what will
  sell the most but that it might have to do with the raw media they are
  cutting.
