Looking at the file SL-SL-WN-out.txt, your most obvious problem is in the Lab 90-100 area where there are two reversals. There is also a reversal at 78-79 and several values are so close together that qtr may not be able to linearize. I would suggest lowering your black ink limit and re-doing the calibration.
