Digital BW, The Print

Kone did the curves themselves. As I understand it, they did not use the curve
generation software, but rather some process of their own to create the curve
files.

ADDENDA: I have reviewed the eyeone pdf again, and will try creating a grayscale
profile with the utility provided, to linearize.  I'm still curious why Cone's
curves come up empty in the curve tool.
