Ahh, of course.  I had a feeling I was forgetting something.  Once you
have it selected it should remain available.  It also should be
possible to switch it back to sheet feeder (it may pop up a warning
but it can be ignored - I run VFA through the sheet feeder all the time).

Good tip.  I'll give that a try next time I use Kayenta.
